Shipping policy
Order processing times can and will be extended if necessary for high volume porducts.
Please note: We are currently experiencing order proccessing and shipment delays due to Covid -19, but we are working hard to fullfill your orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping: Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment, and 7-14 business days for your order to arrive.
You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated.
If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your junk mail. Orders are mailed out weekly monday-friday before 5pm est. Yazi.Mua LLC. is not responsible for shipping delivery times or delays. Customers must track their own orders with the tracking number provided.
It is the customers responsibility to input the correct information. Yazi.Mua LLC. is not responsible for an incorrect address, contact information. Please review all of your information is correct before submitting your order.
Customers who enter an incorrect address will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping cost will be sent via an invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be reshipped. Should the customers order be returned to us for any reason, refund will not be offered.
Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, Yazi.Mua LLC for any mirrors that are cracked or any other items that could be damaged during shipping. Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Once your package has been marked as DELIVERED Yazi.Mua LLC is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier customer service to file a claim.
